Energy Medicine

Energy Medicine covers many different forms of energy, and you may have heard of some of these.

There are Chakras, Auras, Meridians - as in acupuncture or shiatzu meridians, Radiant Circuits, Sound healing, Colour therapy and many others. Meridians have been used in Chinese Medicine for about 3,000 years and Chakras are also ancient.

As a Reiki master, for many years, Reiki was my "go to" form of energy healing, but it is not the only one I use. 

 

When you come to me for a treatment, I will assess you and find out what you want help with, then choose an appropriate treatment. Sometimes it will be to balance chakras or meridians, sometimes it can be a quick energy boost or a crystal healing and sometimes the best overall treatment will be a relaxing Reiki treatment. 

 

I work to find a suitable treatment to bring you back into balance so that you regain health and wellness. This may necessitate a course of a few weeks of treatment in order to get the best outcome.
